Katie Canavan graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Acting & Costume Design. With the Ruckus, Katie directed the reading of Su Sessiz, played accordion for Escape from the Haltzberg Boys Choir, and appeared onstage in Heist Play as Deitrich. Since moving to Chicago, Katie has been fortunate enough to work with a variety of theater companies in a variety of roles, both onstage and off. She is also a textile artist, has a serious passion for the accordion, and blogs at katiesredumbrella.blogspot.com.
